1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the enibet platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we operate — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the enibet platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms should be read together with the enibet Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional conditions published on the platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of a given promotion or game shall take precedence over these general terms for that purpose only.

2 Registration & Account Management

2.1 Membership Eligibility

To register an enibet account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful resident, or an individual eligible to access enibet services under applicable local law.
• Has never been banned or blocked from using enibet services previously.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active enibet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If enibet detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all such accounts may be restricted and account balances forfeited without notice.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your membership is accurate, complete, and current. enibet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your enibet account. Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the enibet support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

Enibet supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and digital payment methods integrated into the platform. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the respective payment provider.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Limit

The minimum deposit at enibet is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification level. Members who have fully completed the KYC process are eligible for higher deposit limits.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Enibet is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 15 minutes once all of the following conditions have been met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed.
• The wagering requirements for any associated bonus have been met.
• No suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• The selected withdrawal method is consistent with the original deposit method.

3.4 Transaction Rejection

Enibet reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, enibet reserves the right to freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programs

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by enibet — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, rebates, and seasonal promotions — are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions set out on each promotion's page. These conditions are clearly stated and must be read before claiming any bonus.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the enibet bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other users for the same purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Bonus expiry dates can be viewed in the Promotions section of your account.

4.4 VIP Loyalty Program

Active enibet members are eligible to join a loyalty program that rewards based on betting volume and frequency. 5 Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Finality of Results

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the enibet Sports Betting section are accurate at the time of display. Odds may change before an event begins. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in specific situations such as event cancellation or match format changes recognised by enibet.

5.3 Prohibition of Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, use automation software or bots, or engage in any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited. enibet employs advanced detection systems, and any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

6 Permitted User Conduct

As an enibet member, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and responsible entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the enibet platform for any illegal purpose or activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Spreading false or misleading information about enibet to other users or the general public.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operations of the enibet platform, including cyberattacks or intrusion attempts.
• Using your enibet account for commercial purposes without written authorisation from enibet.
• Disclosing confidential information about the platform or other users to third parties without authorisation.

Any violation of the above codes of conduct gives enibet the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the violation.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the enibet platform — including logos, interface designs, graphics, text, icons, software code, brand names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of enibet or licensed to enibet by the relevant third parties.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or use any content from the enibet platform for any commercial or public purpose without obtaining prior explicit written consent from enibet. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

The enibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While enibet strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, enibet does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party failures, network outages, or natural disasters.

Enibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the enibet platform. enibet's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your enibet account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Closure and Restrictions

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your enibet account at any time by contacting the enibet support team. Prior to closure, ensure that all pending transactions have been processed and your account balance has been fully withdrawn.

9.2 Closure by enibet

Enibet reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Enibet suspects that your account is being used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• You provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• You are found to hold multiple accounts in violation of the one account per individual policy.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities requiring enibet to take action on your account.

9.3 Balance Recovery After Closure

If your account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of terms, enibet will return any valid balance in your account once the internal investigation is complete. The investigation period is typically between 7 and 14 business days. enibet's decision in this matter is final.

10 Amendments and Applicable Law

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

Enibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page and the update date will be revised accordingly. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest terms.

10.2 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the enibet platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.

10.3 Severability

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
